Publication of 2009 Assessment Changes

2009 Assessments Now Available on Our Web Site

On August 11, 2009, property owners in Milton Township that only had changes in assessment for reasons other than the Township-wide Annual Equalization Factor were published. Owners of these properties also were mailed a notification of change of assessment.

On August 11, 2009 the DuPage County Supervisor of Assessments published the 2009 assessment values in the Wheaton Leader and the Glen Ellyn News. The publication date commences the Dupage County Board of Review's annual 30-day property assessment appeal filing period, ending September 14, 2009.

Additionally, we are making all 2009 assessments for Milton Township available in our Property Search online database.
