DuPage County's Pharmacy Assistance Program

The DuPage County Pharmaceutical Assistance program is an optional benefit program that helps qualifying seniors and/or disabled persons pay for approved prescription medications.

Age Requirements:


• You must be 65 years of age or over



or


• You must be 16 years of age or over and disabled



or


• You must be 63 or 64 years of age and recently widowed

Income Requirements:


• $21,218 for a one-person household



• $28,480 for a two-person household



• $35,740 for a three-person or more household
